As we get into November I wanted to create a couple style boards for outdoor woodsy-locations, perhaps a tree farm session. In many climates, this means more layers! If you are reading this from somewhere warm and sunny, you can look back at past style boards, or message me for a color palette or location you are wanting to see. I also created one in formal wear for anyone looking to dress is up this year!

It is the right amount of festive against the green and looks beautiful when photographed. I layered this one over a navy gingham shirt for a pop of pattern underneath, dark denim and L.L. Bean ankle boots. This looks great paired with the chambray and chunky knit sweater.
For the kids, I chose a tartan red plaid with corduroy pants, layered with a navy vest. This chambray dress is so versatile for family photos and works in many settings and seasons. In this case, I added tights, ankle boots and a faux fur vest. Add a pop of red in an accessory to bring it all together. I added the gender neutral fair isle sweater one piece for a bit more pattern and completed the look with the adorable baby moccasins.
