Newborn photo sessions don’t need to match the season, unless you want it to of course! But I thought since we are coming into the fall, I would use a few autumn hues as inspiration.

Starting with the newest member of the family, I love the golden copper solid wrap, as well as the colors in this floral print wrap. Another option for baby is the cream colored sweater outfit. For mom’s look, I kept it flowy, simple and beautiful in this white midi dress. As a layering option I chose this light blue open cardigan. The men’s look coordinates nicely with chinos and blue and white patterned shirt.
For the older siblings, it is a mix of a gauzy dress and sweater in the copper color to a denim romper and blue and white dresses. Corduroy, chambray and denim for the boys.

The olive green pairs nicely with the earthy hue of dads sweater and the slate green maxi dress. For older sister(s), a chambray dress pairs with almost anything, and in this case a metallic ballet flat completes the outfit. I love the color of this dress with the shirred bodice and elbow sleeves. Sweaters are a great choice for newborn photos as the softness is great for photos and cuddling the sweet new addition.
